Complementary Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange an item? Use one of the three simple options below. Please remember, the original packing slip is required. View our entire return and exchange policy  or call 952-232-1915.
We are available 7 days a week from 8AM-12 Midnight ET.
Refund Policy
To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original condition with labels and tags attached and send it back to us using the pre-paid label.  You will receive a refund to your credit card for full price items returned within 15 days of delivery and sale items returned within 15 days of delivery.  Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.  Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For items received after those timeframes you will receive a J. Cavallo credit for the current selling price of the products you are returning.  Gifts received from shopjcavallo.com can be returned for an exchange of equal value or a J. Cavallo credit with the original packing slip.
Note: Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.  Exchanges are not offered with international shipments.
USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL- Complete the return and exchange form below, repack the merchandise in the original packaging, and enclose the completed form.  Then affix the UPS pre-paid shipping label included in your package and drop your package off in any UPS drop box, UPS store or give to any UPS driver.  You must maintain the bottom portion of the label containing the tracking information for your records. Please allow 10 business days to process your return once received.
USE ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD- Complete the return and exchange form below, repack the merchandise in the original packaging, and enclose the completed form. The pre-paid label is not applicable for international shipments.  Mail the package using the label provided on the front of this form.  Packages must be returned using an insured method.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
RETURNS: Tell us what you are returning and why.
EXCHANGES: Return items for free and your new selection ships for free.  Just fill out the form below.
